Can't Get iPhone out of Headphone Mode

I'm currently not sure what's wrong with my phone. Previously I noticed that due to the headphone jack, my iPhone stuck in headphone mode. No matter how many times i reinsert the headphone jack its keeps just keep stuck on the headphone mode. Anyone please help me with this problem?
