Fix iMessage Doesn't Say Delivered Problem

If you see an exclamation mark icon with an alert that says Not Delivered when you try to send an iMessage, you may feel pretty confused and have no ideas why you would fail to send a message, even though it worked well before.       Now, let’s check how to do if you see an alert when you send a message or if you can't send or receive messages.

      Step 1 Please check your network connection on your iPhone or iPad. Sending an iMessage requires a cellular data or Wi-Fi connection. In this way, if you fail to send a message, you should firstly check the network connection and see if it works normally.

      Step 2 Tap on the exclamation mark icon and just try to send the message once again.

      Step 3 If you are trying to send group iMessage on your iPhone or iPad, you should make sure MMS Messaging is enabled. Please go to "Settings > Messages > MMS Messaging" on the interface.

      Step 4 Try to turn iMessage off by going to "Settings > Messages" and tap the button next to iMessage. Then reboot your iOS device and turn iMessage back on again. This trick can fix the issue in some way.

      Step 5 Tap on the exclamation mark icon and choose "Send as Text Message" option.

      Note: If it is sent as a text message, you will see a green message bubble. But for an iMessage, you will see a blue message bubble.

      After trying the attempts in part 1 and you still can’t send the message, there maybe something wrong with your iPhone. Now, you are advised to try iOS System Recovery program to fix the iMessage won't be sent error.

      Step 1 Download iOS System Recovery
      First of all, please download and install iOS System Recovery program on your computer and then launch it.

      Step 2 Plug iPhone to PC
      On the interface, please head to "More Tools > iOS System Recovery". Then plug your iPhone into PC via the USB cable and click "Start" button to continue.

      Step 3 Download Firmware Package
      Select your phone model as well as the iOS version and the program will download the corresponding firmware package automatically. Press "Repair" to continue.

      Confirm Your Device's Info

      Step 4 Fix iMessage Not Working on iPhone Issue
      Please keep your iPhone connected and wait for the process patiently. After that, your mobile may restart to normal mode and iMessage doesn't say delivered error would be solved.
