Part 1: Transfer Photos from iPhone to Samsung Using iCloud
To transfer data from iPhone to Samsung, you can get help from your computer, which acts as "copula". Now, let's check it out how it works.Note: Before the process, you need to firstly go to "Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Photos" on your iPhone and then turn on iCloud Photo Library.
Step 1 Log In iCloud on PC
Go to the official website of iCloud and then log in with your Apple ID. On the interface, click on the "Photo" icon and then you can see the photos, which are synced from your iPhone.
Step 2 Download iCloud Photos You Want
Please choose a photo and when it is loaded on screen, click on the download icon on the upper right corner and this photo would be saved on your computer. However, you can not choose all the photos to download for one time. So you need to repeat the process one by one.
Step 3 Drag the iCloud Photos to Samsung Galaxy S8
Now, please plug your Samsung into computer via the USB cable. Then go to the location where your iCloud photos stored. Now you can move them to your device as you usually do.
Part 2: Transfer Photos from iPhone to Samsung with Phone Transfer
Except the way of using iCloud, you should never miss the method in this part. Phone Transfer is a very professional and effective program that can help to move photos on iPhone to Samsung. First of all, please download the Phone Transfer program on your computer.Step 1 Plug iPhone And Samsung to PC

As you see above, using cloud to move photos from iPhone to Android is not so "directly" as you need to firstly download them to computer and then copy the photos from it to Android device.
