How Do You Download Videos from YouTube

Is there a way I can download the tutorials on YouTube? I am interested here to know about the downloading process from YouTube and would like to know if this is possible. I plan on using contents of the video as part of tutorial for the trainees. It is quite urgent and I am waiting for your respond. Can anybody help me out of the problem?
