Part 2: Recover Lost Notes from iTunes Backup File

Merely restore iPhone notes from iTunes backup
Step 1. Click the second mode "Recover from iTunes Backup File"after running the program. Among all the iTunes backup, choose the one of your iPhone and click "Start Scan" button for scanning.
Step 2. When it stop scanning, just select "Notes" on the left and preview the listed information. Tick those items you want and click "Recover".

Restore Entire iPhone Data from iTunes Backup
Step 1. Run iTunes and connect your phone to Mac. Under "DEVICES" menu, find out your iPhone and right-click it. You will see a list of operations, just select "Restore from Backup...".
Step 2. Choose the latest backup and click "Restore" for recovering your data.
Note: If you choose to restore with iTunes in this way, your new data will cover all the existing files on your iPhone.

Part 3: Retrieve iPhone Notes via iCloud Backup File

Recover only iPhone SE/6s/6s Plus Notes from iCloud
Step 1. Turn to "Recover from iCloud Backup File" mode once you run the app. Sign in your iCloud.
Step 2. All your iOS devices backup are listed in iCloud. Select the exact one of your iPhone and download it.
Step 3. In this step, simply click "Scan" and wait for a moment. When the scan ends, preview the scanned out results and selectly tick your notes to recover.

Restore the Entire Backup from iCloud
Step 1. Reset your iPhone first: Hold your iPhone in hand and follow these tips: Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings
Step 2. Once your phone reboot, it will prompt you to set it again. When you are asked to "Restore from iCloud Backup" or to "Restore from iTunes Backup", select the latter one. Then sign in your iCloud and choose the backup to recover the whole file including your iPhone notes.
