Part 1: Recover Files Directly from iDevice
Step 1 Install the Latest Version of iOS Data RecoveryYou can click the green icon above to complete the download process. After that, run it on your PC. The program set "Recover from iOS device" as default homepage. Simply connect your iOS 9 device via USB cable.
When your phone being detected, click "Start Scan" and wait for the scanning results.
Step 2 Preview and Retrieve your Data Selectively
When the data is being scanned are listed out. You can either select portion of the file or tick all the data for recovery. Note that the existing data and deleted items are marked with different color. If you want to separate them, simply click "Only display the deleted items". Finally click "Recover" button to save them on your computer.
Part 2: Retrieve your Files from iTunes Backup
Step 1 Select iTunes Backup File to ScanAs soon as you run the program, there are three modes for you to choose. In this part, just click "Recover from iTunes Backup File".
Now all the iTunes backups are displayed as the screenshot shows above. Simply select the one you need and click "Start Scan".
Step 2 Preview and Retrieve your iTunes Backup
The app will show you the scanned results. Simply tick the items you want and then press the "Recovery" button.
Part 3: Restore iCloud Backup File on Dead iPhone
Step 1 Select the Recovery Mode and Sign in your iCloudwhen you choose "Restore from iCloud Backup File"mode, the following interface will pop up. Just sign in to your iCloud.
Step 2 Download and Scan your iCloud Backup
Tick your needed backup file out of all the backups as iCloud show you. Then click "download". After downloading, just click "scan" to extract iCloud backup.
Step 3 Recover from the iCloud Backup by Previewing
Check all the items by previewing the scanned results. Just tick what you need then click on the "Recover" button. The app will automatically save them on your computer.
