Click the green box--Restore from Backups. Remember to link your Android phone to Windows via a USB cable before the transferring.

Now, you can see a log-in interface. Key your iCloud account and then the password, the program will verify your identity and enter iCloud.
Note:
Backup files in other mobile managers, like iTunes, Blackberry, Samsung Kies, and etc. are supported.

Your backup files in iCloud are listed in the left menu. Choose whichever one and then download it. During this process, keep your computer online. The blue bar in the Notice box will show you the progress of the download process. It will take some time. Please wait patiently.

Download is completed. The middle box has orderly displayed the downloaded items. Click Contacts and then Start Copy. Before copying, you can choose whether to clear data before copying or not. After that, contacts will be synced to your Android phone.
Section 2. Transfer Contacts from iOS Devices to Androids via VCF File
Step 1 Sync Contacts to iCloudFirst of all, make sure that you have synced your contracts to iCloud. If not, enter Setting in your iOS and then iCloud. Sign in your iCloud account and then swipe Contact to ON.

Plug your Android phone to Windows via a USB cable. A normal SD card in your Android will be automatically detected and recognized. Enter My Computer or Computer and find out your SD card. Copy and paste vCard files containing your contacts to it.
Step 4 Transfer Contacts to Android Device Contacts Book
Enter your Android contract book. Hit the menu button. Tap Import/Export and then Import from USB storage. Contacts in vCard will be transferred to your Android contract book.
The two methods are available. Nonetheless, I prefer to the former one since it is far more simple than the latter one. More data such as messages, videos, photos, audios, call logs can also be transferred via this access. If you have two phones at hand, you are advised to directly transfer contacts between iPhone and Android with Phone to Phone Transfer. And if you have any questions, just put it forward. We will feed you back as soon as possible.
