What can we do with Nutty Apple

A simple to play number puzzle game. It has a square 5x5 grid. Initially, it is filled with numbers from 1 - 4.
Tap to merge numbers and grow, like tiles with number 3 merge in to one and gains number 4 similarly tiles with number 4 merge and gains number 5.
So grow as high as possible.
How To Play
Just tap on any tile, the adjacent tiles with same number pop out or gets highlighted.
Now again tap on any of the highlighted tiles, all the tile merge on to the tile just tapped and the number grow by 1.
This way just keep growing to as high as possible. The objective is to at least grow up to 11.
Achieve number 11 onward and get rewards.
