Fail to Receive Text Messages for Android

Do you recently fail to receive your text messages? What can you do? Here I'd like to show you a way to solve this problem.

Note:
a. This is only for GSM phones. If yours are not, adjust it.
b. Try the Tutorial with Your Android (Not Compatible with All Android)
1. Input "*#*#4636#*#*"in your keypad, then it will automatically turn to the figure below. Click "Phone Information".



2. When it shows as the figure below, scroll it down.

3. Then you will see this. Click the menu of preferred network type, and choose GSM only.

This is the end of the setting. Now you are able to receive your messages.

Note:
a.If it doesn't work, reboot your Android phone.
b. It might be other causes if you still fail to receive messages after the reboot.
